Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our Liverpool team. The right candidate will assist with troubleshooting issues, managing software installations, and ensuring optimal IT performance. A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills will be key.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional IT support for end-users and internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Participate in scheduled IT maintenance and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement user training programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Certifications in specific IT areas (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MTA) are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
