As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll lead a team, manage inventory, and create a dynamic shopping environment that fosters customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling and payroll to optimize operations.

• Keep accurate records of sales and inventory.

• Report to the Regional Manager on sales performance and operational issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a retail management role
