Job Description

As a Machine Learning Specialist, you will spearhead the development of state-of-the-art machine learning models and data-driven applications. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to create innovative AI solutions that address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Implement machine learning solutions that address specific business problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria for model performance.
• Utilise statistical methods and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
• Manage and mentor junior data scientists and analysts as required.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Data Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of practical experience in machine learning with a focus on production-level systems
