Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain machinery while ensuring the highest quality of coatings. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance checks.
• Document production and maintenance activities accurately.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet strict quality criteria.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Train new operators on equipment functions and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a coating or painting role is preferred.
