Job Description

As a Dental Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of dental equipment such as chairs, lights, and x-ray machines. Your role will involve collaborating closely with dental professionals to ensure that all equipment operates optimally, thereby enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Install and calibrate dental devices to manufacturer specifications.
• Train staff on equipment usage and safety procedures.
• Assess and report on equipment performance for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve client issues promptly.
• Assist with the setup of new dental equipment in practice locations.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay current in the field.

Requirements

Education

• Technical or vocational training in relevant field.
• Certifications related to dental equipment repair preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice or hospital setting.
