The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural designs, managing project timelines, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping environments that inspire and delight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve design objectives.
• Prepare technical specifications and assist in the selection of materials.
• Review and modify existing designs based on feedback and requirements.
• Present final designs to clients and engage with them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements and address concerns.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for proposed projects.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering
• Building Regulations

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Chartered Member of the RICS
• Certified Interior Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with BIM technology: Hands-on experience with Building Information Modelling technologies.
• Strong knowledge of environmental design: Expertise in eco-friendly and sustainable architectural practices.
