Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Manager to oversee and execute landscaping projects, ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage a team, coordinate resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and implementation of landscaping projects.
  • Manage the overall project budget and deliver on time.
  • Ensure communication with clients regarding project status and changes.
  • Direct site operations and allocate tasks to team members effectively.
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment and tools used in landscaping tasks.
  • Implement sustainable landscaping practices in project execution.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and promote development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead client meetings and provide expert advice on landscaping solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in managing landscape teams and projects.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Sustainable Practices

Languages
