Interior Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Interior Designer to join our vibrant team in Brighton. The successful candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong understanding of spatial design, bringing environments to life for our diverse clientele. From residential to commercial projects, your role will involve everything from concept development to final execution, ensuring every detail is impeccably executed.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through the entire design process from initial concepts to final installations.
• Prepare and manage project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Create comprehensive design presentations that include mood boards and samples.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure completion within specified timelines.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors and vendors, for project needs.
• Evaluate and select appropriate furniture and decor for each project.
• Research and recommend sustainable materials and practices.
• Ensure that the aesthetics of the design are practical and functional.
• Communicate changes and updates effectively to clients.
• Document and assess client satisfaction post-project completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Interior Designer

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Material Selection

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Client Relations

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification
• LEED Accreditation is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Portfolio of Previous Work: Submission of a portfolio showcasing past design projects is preferred.
