Construction Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead construction projects in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project deadlines.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication.
• Document and address any design changes or issues promptly.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements

Education

• HNC in Construction Management or equivalent
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in managing large-scale projects is preferred

Languages
