Job Description

As an ESL Teacher, you will instruct individuals or groups of non-native English speakers, focusing on speaking, reading, and writing English effectively. You will be crafting engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive lessons, and assessing students' progress.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver dynamic ESL lessons tailored to learners' proficiency and goals.
  • Facilitate engaging classroom discussions to enhance conversational skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance and performance.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops.
  • Support students' individual learning paths by offering one-on-one assistance as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's in Education or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of ESL teaching experience preferred.
