Job Description

We are seeking a Business Process Manager to lead our operational improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of business processes and strategies to streamline operations, ensuring efficiencies while maximizing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct gap analysis to determine the efficiency of current processes.
  • Collaborate with IT to leverage technology in process enhancements.
  • Create process documentation and improvement roadmaps.
  • Evaluate vendor processes and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Engage with leadership to align on strategic initiatives related to process management.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on process improvement plans and outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives for process changes.
  • Report regularly to senior management on the progress of process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Operational Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years management experience in business process improvement
