We are seeking dedicated Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operators and Tenders to join our manufacturing team in Birmingham. Successful candidates will manage and maintain our drying processes, ensuring that all quality control standards are met while keeping safety protocols at the forefront.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate drying equipment to meet production requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on drying systems.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise the drying process.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of product output and equipment performance.

Requirements

Education

• Training in textile production or equivalent experience

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in operating drying equipment

Technical Skills

• Drying system troubleshooting
• Quality assurance

Advantageous

• Experience working in a production environment: Familiarity with fast-paced manufacturing settings.
