Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Timekeeping Clerk responsible for ensuring accurate calculations and processing of bonus payments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain records and answer employee queries.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt and accurate bonus payment calculations for all staff members.
  • Audit payroll records to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff on payroll procedures.
  • Implement and monitor payroll processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare documents for audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Liaise with external vendors for payroll-related software maintenance.
  • Conduct regular reviews of payroll systems for improvements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay and bonus calculations.
  • Assist with year-end payroll processing and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Professional certification in finance or accounting field is a plus.
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll or finance administration.
