Job Description

As an Employment Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering effective training programs designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills for their careers. You will closely collaborate with team members to enhance our training offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to determine training needs for individuals.
  • Design tailored training sessions and workshops to meet diverse client requirements.
  • Provide mentoring support for employees to improve their professional capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance training methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during training sessions.
  • Improve training processes based on participant feedback.
  • Research and integrate innovative training tools and platforms.
  • Support volunteers and apprentices in their training journey.
  • Engage with external training partners for collaborative programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Education or Human Resources is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in training and development
