Job Description

As a Technical Content Editor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the voice of our technical documentation. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to create clear and engaging content that guides our users through complex technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and online articles.
• Analyse user feedback and documentation metrics to enhance content effectiveness.
• Create templates for reports and documentation to streamline the writing process.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on documentation practices.
• Engage in continuous learning about the latest tools and trends in technical writing.
• Use content management systems to organise documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant area is preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience with software documentation
