Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning Consultant to lead the design and implementation of engaging training programmes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess learning needs, create effective learning materials, and evaluate the impact of training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and analyses of training effectiveness to drive quality improvement.
  • Create a range of training materials tailored to various delivery methods.
  • Utilize feedback from participants to refine training delivery and materials.
  • Engage with external learning providers to enhance the training portfolio.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently to ensure optimal use of funding.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all training programmes.
  • Utilise digital tools to support remote learning initiatives.
  • Document and report on training outcomes and other key performance indicators.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive engagement in training initiatives.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of training processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Learning and Development a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience focusing on adult learning principles
