Job Description

The Loss Prevention Manager will oversee our loss prevention operations, ensuring the safety and security of the company's assets, customers, and employees. This role involves developing strategies to minimize loss and theft, leading a team of professionals, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies.
  • Oversee the investigation process of all incidents related to loss or theft.
  • Monitor and analyse trends in loss to inform future prevention measures.
  • Ensure all loss prevention protocols are adhered to across locations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on security awareness.
  • Actively engage with team members to promote a culture of safety.
  • Utilise data analysis tools to drive loss prevention initiatives.
  • Make recommendations for improvements in security infrastructure.
  • Report to senior management on loss prevention statistics and strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for any loss prevention inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field
  • Additional security-related certifications are a plus.
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within loss prevention or security
