Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or service-related field
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools
Soft Skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
