Job Description
The Park Recreation Manager will be responsible for managing recreational activities and facilities within the park. This role includes developing programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team of recreation staff.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of recreation coordinators, activity leaders, and volunteer coordinators.
Evaluate the effectiveness of park programs and make improvements as needed.
Engage with visitors to enhance their experience and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor park facilities and equipment to ensure safety and usability.
Assist in marketing park programmes and events to the community.
Develop partnerships with schools and organisations for collaborative events.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field
Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
