Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Pad Hand, where you'll play a crucial role in pad preparation within our manufacturing facility. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality assembly of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials and perform setup for pad assembly.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
  • Support the maintenance team in equipment repairs as needed.
  • Uphold a culture of safety and quality in all production activities.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address product issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and share feedback for process improvements.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during production.
  • Participate actively in the company's training programs.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, vocational training is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience operating pad-making machinery is beneficial.
Technical Skills
  • Health and safety regulations knowledge
