Job Description
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential support and troubleshooting IT issues. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
Help users troubleshoot and resolve their technical issues.
Install and set up computer hardware and software.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Respond to technical support tickets in a timely manner.
Document incidents and solutions effectively.
Assist in system upgrades and migrations.
Educate users on best IT practices.
Work with vendors for hardware and software support.
Participate in team meetings to discuss IT strategies.
Stay updated on the latest IT developments.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Relevant professional certifications are a plus

3+ years of experience in IT support or related field
