Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential support and troubleshooting IT issues. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Help users troubleshoot and resolve their technical issues.
  • Install and set up computer hardware and software.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Respond to technical support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Document incidents and solutions effectively.
  • Assist in system upgrades and migrations.
  • Educate users on best IT practices.
  • Work with vendors for hardware and software support.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss IT strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT developments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or related field
