We are seeking skilled Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operators and Tenders to join our production team. The suitable candidate will be responsible for matching colours to specific standards and ensuring consistency across different mediums. Your keen eye for detail will play a critical role in maintaining our high-quality textile production.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve colour matching processes and techniques.
• Work with the design department to understand new requirements and trends.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss quality and production goals.
• Ensure that all dyes and chemicals are handled properly, following safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of dye batches and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Textile Technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in the textile industry.

Technical Skills

• Fabric dyeing
• Dye mixing

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with colour calibration and profiling: Familiarity with colour calibration tools for precise colour management.
• Experience managing colour standards and libraries: Experience with developing and maintaining colour standards.
