Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Cashier / Information Clerk to deliver excellent customer service while managing transactions efficiently. The successful candidate will be pivotal in providing information related to our products and services, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process payments and refunds in a timely manner.
  • Address customer queries regarding product information and promotions.
  • Prepare and file cash reports daily, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop customer service initiatives.
  • Resolve any customer issues promptly and courteously to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • A-Level or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferable
Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or cashiering role.
