Job Description

As a Manufacturing Lead Engineer in our Armagh facility, you will play a crucial role in enhancing production efficiency and quality. Your expertise will guide the team towards achieving our strategic manufacturing goals and innovating our processes.

Responsibilities

  • Direct manufacturing operations to achieve production efficiency.
  • Evaluate and implement composite materials for production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead training initiatives for staff on new technologies and processes.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Engage in project management activities related to manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material availability.
  • Interface with clients for project specifications and adjustments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
