Job Description

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively engaging with clients. Your main responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new offers and initiatives.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to the management team.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and work on strategies for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent
  • Degree in Business or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer service roles
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of customer service software

Languages
  • English: Fluent
