Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Composition Molder to join our team and assist in the production of high-quality composite materials. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a similar role and familiarity with various molding techniques, ensuring product excellence from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding machinery as per production schedules.
• Maintain an organised workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to optimise operational workflows.
• Document quality control inspections and report discrepancies to management.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality.
• Contribute to training of new staff on equipment and procedures.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and improvements.
• Support maintenance activities for molding equipment, reporting any issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or certification in composite material molding preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a composite material molding role

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Strong hand-eye coordination

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with a range of molding techniques: Familiarity with various molding methods to enhance product diversity.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications: Understanding complex diagrams and specifications for production.
