Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our innovative team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be involved in planning, executing, and monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and execution of clinical research studies.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of data collected during trials.
  • Support the preparation of trial-related documents and reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders including sponsors, regulatory bodies, and institutional review boards.
  • Facilitate the recruitment of clinical trial participants.
  • Monitor and report adverse events and trial outcomes.
  • Conduct audits of clinical trial sites as necessary.
  • Prepare for and participate in audit inspections.
  • Evaluate trial metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in medical-related field
  • Advanced degree in Clinical Research or related field is a plus.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical trial coordination
