Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Compliance Coordinator to oversee compliance strategies and policies within our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations, while also promoting best practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and regulations.
  • Prepare and present compliance training materials for new hires.
  • Work closely with the legal team to address compliance-related issues.
  • Monitor and report compliance failures and take corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing an ethical culture within the organization.
  • Review and revise HR documentation for compliance issues.
  • Facilitate the resolution of compliance-related disputes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD qualification is desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR compliance or related field
