Job Description

As a Workforce Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying training needs and facilitating professional development programs for our employees. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance job performance and ensure the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify employee training needs through surveys and performance reviews.
• Design and tailor training programs based on departmental goals and objectives.
• Implement training solutions using various delivery methods including e-learning and in-person sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Work with external training providers to deliver specialized courses.
• Advise employees on career development and training opportunities.
• Facilitate team-building activities to encourage collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for workforce development.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Psychology or Behavioural Science is an advantage
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in workforce development or training roles

• CIPD Level 7 Award in Learning and Development
