Job Description

Join our dynamic HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes developing job descriptions, screening candidates, and facilitating interview processes. Your passion for people and understanding of talent markets will help drive our success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand workforce requirements.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates through networking.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet talent demands.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities and candidate statistics.
  • Utilize social media and job boards to promote vacancies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a recruitment role
