Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy. You will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, and talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and management.
  • Implement and monitor HR metrics to track the effectiveness of programmes.
  • Design and manage employee training and development programmes.
  • Review and enhance employee benefits and compensation strategies.
  • Provide guidance on performance issues and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the HR budget and reporting on HR expenditures.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or HR
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR management preferred

  • 5+ years in a managerial HR role
