Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Policy Manager to lead the development and implementation of HR policies that adhere to the latest employment regulations. You will work closely with senior management to ensure our policies are not only compliant but also enhance our organisational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing HR policies and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Draft new policies that are clear, concise, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure policies are communicated effectively to all employees.
  • Monitor policy effectiveness and suggest modifications based on feedback.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors on compliance matters.
  • Assist in the development of HR training materials.
  • Participate in HR strategy meetings and provide policy insights.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace by promoting policies that support diversity and equality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
  • Relevant HR certifications (CIPD or similar) are advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in HR management or generalist roles of 5 years or more
