Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and contributing to the development of HR strategies that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts for various positions across the organization.
  • Manage training schedules and development initiatives for staff.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and performance management discussions.
  • Develop HR materials, such as employee handbooks and policy documents.
  • Identify areas for HR improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles
