We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Analyst to join our Swansea team. This pivotal role will require ensuring adherence to regulations while promoting best practices in employee relations.
Responsibilities
Ensure all HR procedures are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Investigate potential compliance issues raised by employees or management.
Develop and implement compliance training for employees.
Provide periodic reports on compliance metrics to leadership.
Review and improve upon existing compliance policies and practices.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies when necessary.
Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation and manuals.
Foster a proactive culture of compliance within the HR team.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
4+ years of experience in HR compliance or a similar role
