HR Compliance Analyst

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented HR Compliance Analyst to join our Swansea team. This pivotal role will require ensuring adherence to regulations while promoting best practices in employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all HR procedures are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Investigate potential compliance issues raised by employees or management.
• Develop and implement compliance training for employees.
• Provide periodic reports on compliance metrics to leadership.
• Review and improve upon existing compliance policies and practices.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation and manuals.
• Foster a proactive culture of compliance within the HR team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in HR compliance or a similar role

Certifications

• CIPD Level 7
• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
