We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our HR department. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting in recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
Oversee HR administrative tasks including filing and data entry.
Support performance management processes and user-friendly reporting.
Assist in the development of training and development programs.
Manage and respond to inquiries related to HR matters.
Coordinate internal communications related to HR updates and initiatives.
Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
Experience
1-2 years' experience in an HR administrative capacity
