Job Description

As an HR Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization adheres to employment laws and regulations. Your expertise will be critical in analyzing compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Responsibilities

  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations.
  • Investigate compliance-related complaints and incidents.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors as necessary.
  • Lead compliance training workshops for employees.
  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation and records.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between HR and legal counsel.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR compliance or related area
