As an HR Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization adheres to employment laws and regulations. Your expertise will be critical in analyzing compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Responsibilities
Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Investigate compliance-related complaints and incidents.
Coordinate with external legal advisors as necessary.
Lead compliance training workshops for employees.
Develop and maintain compliance documentation and records.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication between HR and legal counsel.
Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and suggest improvements.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in HR compliance or related area
