Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to manage and enhance our compensation strategies at Tech Innovations Inc. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulations while developing competitive compensation frameworks. You will collaborate closely with HR and finance teams to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit existing compensation programs for compliance.
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyze data to establish fair compensation rates.
  • Provide guidance to HR team on compensation best practices.
  • Develop communication materials related to compensation programs.
  • Engage with external providers for benefits related to compensation.
  • Advise on compensation-related inquiries from employees and management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation or HR roles
