Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant in Leeds to join our vibrant team. Your primary role will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with clients and candidates alike to ensure successful placements. Ideal candidates will have a passion for recruitment and a track record of sourcing high-quality talent.

Responsibilities

  • Identify client recruitment requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills and fit.
  • Advise clients on market conditions and hiring strategies.
  • Support candidates throughout the interview process and provide feedback after interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the recruitment team.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant professional certifications like CIPD or REC
Experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment is preferred
