Job Description

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in fostering employee engagement and driving HR initiatives. You will provide expert advice on HR policies, employee relations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that our workplace remains a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice on recruitment and selection processes.
  • Assist with the design and delivery of employee training sessions.
  • Support the development of succession planning.
  • Monitor and report on employee relations trends.
  • Conduct audits of HR policies and practices.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate HR policies and changes effectively to the workforce.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR legislation and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations.
