Job Description

The Human Resources Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring our company complies with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities will include reviewing and analysing rules and policies, identifying potential risks, and developing compliance programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in regulatory compliance or HR is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or HR roles
