Job Description

We are looking for an HR Compliance Officer who can manage compliance frameworks and ensure our HR practices meet local and international standards. You will assess risk, provide training, and implement policies that uphold our commitment to HR excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance training sessions for HR personnel and management.
  • Represent the HR department in compliance audits and external reviews.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Foster relationships with external regulatory agencies and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR or Employment Law is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience focusing on compliance
