Job Description

As an HR Generalist in our Birmingham office, you will be at the forefront of our HR initiatives. You will oversee recruitment, employee development, and performance management. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in HR but also believes in promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct employee training sessions focused on company policies and compliance.
  • Manage the recruitment cycle to identify and attract top talent.
  • Create and maintain HR documentation and reporting systems.
  • Assist in developing employee recognition programs to enhance morale and retention.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers regarding HR-related issues.
  • Evaluate and update HR procedures regularly to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels through surveys.
  • Facilitate team-building exercises and workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of human resources experience with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
