Job Description

In this role as an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with various departments to implement effective HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Align HR policies with company objectives and culture.
  • Develop and maintain HR documentation and databases.
  • Support managers with performance appraisals and feedback processes.
  • Create action plans based on employee morale surveys.
  • Assist in the evaluation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Play a key role in talent retention strategies.
  • Foster partnerships with educational institutions for internship programs.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance HR knowledge.
  • Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years as a Business Partner
