Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated HR Specialist to join our Swansea office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role is pivotal in helping us foster a strong workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment drives, including job postings and candidate screenings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyse HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field
  • CIPD Level 7 preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources role
