Job Description

We are looking for a Learning Specialist in HR Management to design and implement effective reading programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and organisational performance. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of HR principles and a knack for creating engaging learning materials.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine educational content that enhances employee knowledge of HR management.
  • Organise regular training sessions focusing on effective reading strategies.
  • Monitor reading progress and provide feedback to participants on their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance learning offerings.
  • Implement best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Prepare and present updates on program deliveries and improvements to HR management.
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Human Resources or Education
  • Advanced degree in Education or HR preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in a training or HR role focusing on adult learning methodologies
