Job Description

As an HR Engagement Manager, you will drive initiatives focused on improving employee engagement and culture within Tech Innovations Inc. This role requires a proactive approach to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive work environment, enhance communication, and strengthen staff morale.

Responsibilities

• Craft targeted engagement initiatives to meet the diverse needs of employees.
• Organize focus groups to gather direct feedback and develop action plans.
• Promote work-life balance programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with external consultants to enhance engagement initiatives.
• Prepare engagement reports and presentations for the leadership team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR engagement or similar roles
