Job Description

As a Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist, you will manage and administer employee benefits programs. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies, regulations, and market trends to establish competitive benefits packages.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market analysis for employee compensation and benefits.
  • Design and evaluate compensation structures that align with company strategy.
  • Develop communication materials for benefits policies and programs.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
  • Review and assess benefits utilization to recommend improvements.
  • Support the HR team with payroll and benefits reconciliations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained and updated for compliance purposes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in Benefits Administration (e.g., CEBS, CBP) is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Benefits Administration or related field
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS)
