Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR functions in our Derby office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing HR strategies that support our business goals while promoting a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategise HR policies that align with business goals.
  • Supervise the recruitment and onboarding of employees.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and training sessions.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends to enhance HR processes.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Ensure adherence to data protection laws regarding employee information.
  • Collaborate with management to develop succession planning.
  • Facilitate employee workshops and focus groups.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate HR qualification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role
