We are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing effective organizational development strategies that enhance employee engagement and drive organizational performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted adviser to leadership on development matters.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Change Management Proficiency in leading change initiatives and managing organizational transformation.
  • Employee Engagement Strategies Expertise in developing and implementing strategies to boost employee morale.
  • Performance Management Skilled in creating effective performance management systems.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Interpersonal Skills Strong ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Certificate in Organizational Development (COD)
  • English (Fluent)
