Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing effective organizational development strategies that enhance employee engagement and drive organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps in skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Create and deliver training programs focused on key competencies.
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new practices.
  • Build a strong understanding of industry trends to inform strategy.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to leadership on development matters.
  • Foster a culture that encourages feedback and open communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is a plus
  • Master's degree is preferred in related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development consulting or HR roles
