Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver top-notch candidates to meet their requirements. Your expertise in the recruitment process will ensure we maintain our high standards of service while growing our talent pool.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process for diverse job openings.
  • Work directly with clients to comprehend their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment services.
  • Leverage various channels to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates to determine their alignment with client needs.
  • Keep the ATS current with candidate statuses and updates.
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients and prospective candidates.
  • Provide insightful feedback to candidates during their application journey.
  • Keep abreast of market trends to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Participate in events and fairs to enhance the company’s visibility.
  • Assist in training new team members on recruitment processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy
